When you invite new members to a team from the Settings -> Teams menu and they are not yet registered as Short.io users, then they are not immediately added to the team. Instead, an invitation is sent to them and their status is labeled as Invite pending:

resend the invitation by clicking on
or
copy
the invitation link and send it manually to the user
