Payment service providers and methods
Short.io supports two payment service providers - Stripe and Paypal, as well as SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) and ACH (Automated Clearing House) payments.
You can securely purchase any of our pricing plans from Short.io Dashboard -> Subscriptions menu through:
Stripe, with payment options such as cards, US bank accounts, Amazon Pay, and more
or
PayPal
Free trial possibility
Short.io provides a seven-day free trial, which can be extended to thirty days upon request.
About reseller companies
Some external companies resell Short.io accounts. While we cannot technically prevent this, we strongly advise customers to avoid unofficial resellers and purchase subscriptions directly from Short.io for guaranteed reliability and support.
If a user buys a Short.io subscription through a third-party reseller, we cannot take responsibility for the account’s availability. If a reseller fails to pay on time or violates our terms, the associated Short.io account may become inaccessible, and we are unable to guarantee service continuity or provide support in such cases.
