Short.io allows excluding European and British IP addresses from the domain statistics.
Follow the instruction below to remove the EU/UK addresses:
Sign in to your Short.io account.
Navigate to the Domain settings -> Statistics:
Enter 78.153.0.0 in the IP to exclude field to mark the IP addresses that are commonly allocated to European areas:
Click on Add.
The IP address range has been added:
Note: You can add as many IPs as you need.
To remove an IP address
You can remove an already added IP by clicking on 
next to the address:
