To connect Meta Pixel to Short.io
Sign in to your Meta ads manager account.
From the Data Sources menu copy your Pixel ID:

if you do not have one, follow the instructions on how to Set up and install a new Meta Pixel.
Sign in to your Short.io account.
Click on Domain settings and then on Tracking:
Paste the copied Pixel ID into the Facebook Pixel ID field:
Click on Save.
Your settings are applied.
