At Short.io, we are constantly striving to improve our services and cater to the evolving needs of our customers. We understand that data is the lifeblood of any organization, and having access to accurate and up-to-date statistics is crucial to make informed decisions. That's why we are excited to announce the availability of our new statistics export feature for Enterprise plans. This feature allows you to export your Short.io statistics directly to your Amazon S3 storage, providing you with seamless access to your data.

Exporting Statistics to Amazon S3 for Enterprise Plans

With the launch of this feature, customers on our Enterprise plan can now export their Short.io usage statistics directly to their Amazon S3 storage. This enables you to easily integrate your Short.io data with your existing data analysis tools, BI platforms, and data warehouses, allowing you to gain more insights into your link performance and user behavior.

Enabling S3 Export on Request

To ensure the security and privacy of your data, the S3 statistics export feature is enabled on request. To get started, simply provide us with your AWS User ARN (e.g. arn:aws:iam::1234567890:user/alice). Once we receive your request, our support team will configure your account to access your Short.io statistics from our S3 bucket.

Accessing Your Exported Data

After your account is configured for S3 export, you can access your exported statistics at the following locations:

  • s3://shortio-stats-export/host=<hostname>/dt_trunc=2023-03-27/000.gz

  • s3://shortio-stats-export-eu/host=<hostname>/dt_trunc=2023-03-27/000.gz

Remember to replace <hostname> with your actual Short.io domain. These URLs provide you with an organized and efficient way to access your data, making it easy to incorporate it into your data analysis workflows.

Our new S3 statistics export feature for Enterprise plans is a testament to our commitment to providing customers with the tools they need to make data-driven decisions. By enabling the export of your Short.io statistics to your Amazon S3 storage, we hope to empower you to gain deeper insights into your link performance and make more informed decisions about your marketing strategies. Don't miss out on this opportunity to enhance your Enterprise experience with Short.io โ€“ contact our support team today to enable the S3 export feature for your account.
