The Bulk link expiration functionality allows you to specify an expiration date that will be automatically applied to a group of links when they are shortened.

Note: This feature is available starting from the Short.io Personal plan.

To set link expiration in bulk

  1. Sign in to your Short.io account.

  2. In the Dashboard navigate to the Branded links panel and click on Bulk create:

  3. In the Google Sheet screen manually paste the links to be shortened in the required Original URL cells. You can also fill in other optional columns, for example: Link slug

  4. Scroll right to view the Expires at column and double click on the first cell to display the calendar:

  5. Select an expiration date and copy it to all the rows that contain links to shorten:

  6. Click on Create links. The shortened links appear in the Short URL column:

  7. Go back to the Dashboard -> Branded links and click on to review the settings of a newly created link:

  8. Navigate to the Temporary URL menu:

Your expiration date is automatically set to all the links you shortened in bulk.
