How to set TTL in bulk (via Bulk spreadsheet)

To set TTL link expiration in bulk

  1. Sign in to your Short.io account.

  2. In the Dashboard navigate to the Branded links panel and click on Sheets:

    You may be asked to grant additional access to Short.io:

    After the access is granted, an empty Google Sheet is displayed.

  3. Manually paste the links to be shortened in the required Original URL cells. You can also fill in values in other optional columns such as link slugs, tags and UTM parameters, to name a few:

  4. Scroll right to find the TTL column and add the needed dates:

  5. Click on Create links. The shortened links appear in the Short URL column and the status is marked as OK:

You can now review the links from the Branded links panel:
